Initially, we recommend wearing it for 15-30 minutes daily. Natural materials, when kept in a stable environment and cared for properly, will become richer and more lustrous over time.Cracking is usually caused by sudden extreme changes in temperature or humidity(e.g., direct sunlight, heater exposure, sudden cold in winter). We provide detailed environmental guidelines. Color changes during normal wear (e.g., wood darkening, bodhi seeds gaining color) are part of the natural beauty of"oxidation" and "patina development,"not quality defects.

We strongly advise against it.Hot water, shower products, and sweat can damage the material, potentially causing cracking, discoloration, or diminished fragrance. Common sizes for men are8-10mm bead diameter, 18-20 beads; for women,6-8mm bead diameter, 18-21 beads. You can also consult our customer service with your wrist circumference (measured with a soft tape). A well-fitted bracelet should wrap around the wrist2-4 times, offering presence without restricting movement.
